At 401 Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your 401 Games account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
